These Terms of Service apply to your use of suzanneosullivanart.com and to any purchases made through our website.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Suzanne O’Sullivan Art is a sole trader business.

2. Our artwork

Our artwork is created by Suzanne O’Sullivan.

The colours and appearance of artwork shown on screen may vary slightly from the finished printed product depending on your device, screen settings and the printing process.

As our prints are made to order, there may be minor variations between individual prints. These do not normally constitute a fault.

Product descriptions, images, dimensions and prices are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

3. Sizes and products

Our prints are available in the standard sizes shown on the website.

Please check the product description and selected size carefully before placing your order.

Where we offer different print or framing options, the available choices and prices will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after your order has been placed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, for example if:

A product is unavailable
There is an obvious pricing or product description error
We suspect fraudulent activity
We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency stated at checkout.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be received before your order can be processed.

We use Shopify and its available payment providers to process payments securely. We do not normally have access to your full payment card details.

6. Made-to-order products

Our standard prints are made to order through our print-on-demand partners.

This means your print is produced after you place your order rather than being taken from existing stock.

A standard print being made to order does not, by itself, make it a bespoke or personalised product.

If we offer personalised or genuinely bespoke artwork in the future, any different cancellation or return terms that apply will be clearly explained before you place your order.

7. Changes and cancellation

Once an order has been submitted for production, it may not always be possible to make changes to the order or cancel it.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights are not affected by this section.

8. Delivery

We currently offer delivery to the UK, Europe and many international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, production time and delivery service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as postal or courier delays, customs processing, severe weather or other unforeseen events.

9. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the artwork and packaging so that we can investigate the problem with our print or delivery partner.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

10. Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and our procedures for cancellations, returns and refunds.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Intellectual property

All artwork, photographs, designs, written content, logos and other material on this website belong to Suzanne O’Sullivan Art or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or use our artwork or website content commercially without our written permission.

Purchasing a print does not give you ownership of the copyright in the artwork.

12. Website use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
Copy or misuse our content
Interfere with the operation or security of the website

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers or website.

13. Website availability and information

We try to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or completely free from technical problems.

We may update, change or remove website content, products or prices from time to time.

14. Events outside our control

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an order where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transport disruption, customs delays, technical failures or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where this happens, we will do our best to keep you informed and fulfil your order as soon as reasonably possible.

15. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We do not exclude your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to this, we are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been expected when you placed your order or for losses that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
